The Role

• You are the closest supervisor to the employees and lead both individual employees and the group
• You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with current legislation
• You are part of the unit's management team and together you lead the operations towards set goals and cost-effectively

We are a positive and warm unit that works in two teams. Collegial support and learning are an obvious part of our working method.

The work is permeated by the approach of Signs of Safety. We work with network meetings, safety planning when possible, and can use various materials from Signs of Safety when we see that it is helpful.

We have a natural collaboration with and proximity to colleagues with other tasks, such as colleagues in the adult unit and those working with treatment in outpatient care. Collaboration is a key word, and the Heby spirit is a concept that means we genuinely work based on ONE social service.

Is this you?

• You are a qualified social worker with experience in authority practice directed towards children in social care
• You have experience in, or are curious about leadership and want to help develop the operations from that role
• You master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing
• You are driven to work towards set goals and have the ability to inspire colleagues to do a little more
• You are responsible and good at creating good relationships
• You are interested in developing social work in Heby based on new research, knowledge, and methods
• You are courageous in your way of being and are not afraid to challenge colleagues
• You have a B driver's license
